I didn't choose this work. I was initiated into it.
For years I lived a double life as a sex worker, and I was very good at keeping my two worlds apart. Then someone I knew made sure I couldn't. I was doxxed, and the thing I'd spent years protecting myself from happened publicly and all at once.
It was the worst thing that could have happened, and the most clarifying. Whatever you fear most is usually standing directly between you and everything you want. Once there was nothing left to hide, I had to look at why I'd been hiding in the first place. That question became my career.
Those years also gave me an education no textbook could. I sat with men in the moments they stopped performing, and I saw what they carried and never said out loud. So when I trained as a sexologist, I wasn't learning theory. I was finding language for what I'd already lived.
I don't hide any of it, and that's the point. My own self-disclosure is what earns men's trust. When I'm honest about my life, they stop editing theirs, and that's where the real work starts.
Beyond my practice, I'm also a podcast host, writer, speaker, erotic anthropologist, on a mission to change the paradigm around sexuality.

I’ve trained with leading global institutes in the study of human intimacy and embodied psychology, including:
The Sexual Health Alliance (SHA)
The Somatica Institute
Dr. Saida Désilets’ Embodied Psychosexual Method (EPSM)
How To Work With Men (Connor Beaton)
1000 Hour Teacher Training (John Wineland)
ISTA
The School of Consent
My studies integrate diverse disciplines such as somatic experiencing, Jungian psychology, trauma-informed coaching, and men’s developmental work.
This unique blend allows me to bridge the gap between academic insight and lived, practical transformation, translating complex emotional frameworks into tools that make sense for real people.

I believe most men don’t need to be “fixed.”
They need a space where they can think, feel, and relate differently, without judgment, performance, or pretense.
My coaching is direct, structured, and rooted in both science and embodiment.
Together, we explore the underlying drivers of behavior, so you can move beyond overthinking, regulate your nervous system, and build emotional integrity that translates into every area of life.
